When you're on your own personal road to success, and you've come face-to-face with failure, either inward or outwardly, seeing failure as a fertilizer to your success may not always be the thought you grab for in your mind.
So how do you develop the mindset muscle to a point that you are grabbing for thoughts like, "a blessing in a disguise," "when life hands you lemons, make lemonade" and "failure is the fertilizer to success?"
Well for starters, Denis Waitley shares a few examples in the video below that you can begin to use to strengthen your mindset muscle. Click play to watch the video.

"When the pain gets great enough, then you'll do something different."
Unfortunately, for a lot of us, it's the pain that's usually the catalyst for some kind of change in our lives. More than I care to admit, I know this to be true in my own life.
I believe our perception of a given situation determines how we view the impending change. Whether we perceive it is an opportunity for something better, or a disadvantage that does nothing more than hinder us.
How we answer that question eventually sets the stage for the series of events that follow.
Nido Qubein did just that - he answered that question when he came to this country
with no knowledge of the English language, no money and no contacts.
Listen in as he shares his experience of the pain of changing himself.

Jim Rohn: Success is Something You Attract by the Person You Become

We've all had that feeling of coming up empty no matter how hard we try to attain what it is that we desire.
At times, it feels elusive. Out of reach. Like a pipe dream.
We're left with asking the next logical question, "Could it possibly be me?"
A much better question to ask is, "What do I need to do to achieve the kind of success that I deserve?"
Listen to Jim Rohn in this engaging video as he talks about becoming an "attractive" person.
